Here at Fuel Cell Sensors we manufacture sensors for detecting alcohol on the breath of anyone breathing into the device which contains the alcohol detecting sensors.
We offer a flexible and alternative source for people needing sensors to create a portable breath tester. The portable breath tester can be used in a wide range of situations with the most notable being the Police when they stop suspected drunk drivers or at the scenes of accidents. Other uses are the portable testers that can be found in places such as gadget shops, these can be often misleading and don't give an exact reading, unless fitted with our fuel cell sensors of course. Places where heavy machinery is operated and haulage firms often have them as well to ensure their drivers or people using the machinery are not under the influence as their insurance may not cover them for any injuries caused by someone above the legal limit.
We design and manufacture standard cells which are the ideal solution for replacing existing cells you may have in your portable breath tester and although they are very high tech they are available at a very low cost.
We also deign and produce high quality OEM replacement cells which come in 15 case shapes and have 7 different electrodes. We can produce these with both short and long flow pipes and also move the pipe and connectors depending on how the client requires the design.
