We are specialists in fuel cell technology and offer a range of products to help create breath analysers that work every time.

Our fuel cells are tuned to specifically detect alcohol on a persons breath, they eradicate the need for multiple sensors, have a linear response for a one point calibration of the system and require low power and are very competitive in price.

Our fuel cell technology uses a catalyst which can convert ethanol molecules into an ethanoic acid which will alter the properties of the electrode. These changes create the peak output from the fuel cell. This process is known as heterogeneous catalysis.

The fuel cell products that we produce are the standard cells which is a tried and tested interface which allows us to consistently produce high quality fuel cells in a case design. This is also available in voltage and current modes.

OEM replacement cells with 15 case shapes and 7 electrodes all of which can be delivered to meet each of our clients specific needs including longer flow pipes, just pipe and connectors, long leads or short leads.

Heater assemblies can be produced to exactly match your needs. Ceramic or wire coil assemblies can be manufactured at competitive prices.

Our quad cells is a new range of sensor arrays. This is a fantastic piece of kit that offers a fantastic performance. More details on this product can be provided on request.

We also offer a consultancy service which allows us to put our fuel cell technology knowledge to work. We can help you to design new alcohol detectors and bring about a high quality product that could be the next big product in the world of breathalysers.
